2/3 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C sugar
1 T onion, finely chopped
1 can (12 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 C oleo, melted (may substitute butter)
1/2 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine onions, corn and beaten eggs.
Blend in melted oleo, milk and dry ingredients.

Spoon (or pour) onto a preheated, greased griddle.
Turn with a spatula when bubbled rise to the top and break (like a pancake).
Cook until golden brown and the center is no longer runny,
