2 1/2 cups water
3 cups bowtie pasta
1 (14.5 oz.) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 lb. ham, cubed
4 oz. Neufchatel (or Cream) cheese (1/2 bar)
3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat large saute pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place water, pasta, and tomatoes in pan. Cook 15 - 17 minutes or until pasta is tender and most of the water is absorbed. Meanwhile, cut ham into bite-size pieces. Cut cream cheese into 6 - 8 large chunks; stir into pasta mixture along with ham. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until mixture is hot and well blended. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
