2 Sticks Butter 1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
2 C. Sugar 1 Box of Confectioners Sugar
2 Eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla
3 C. Flour 2 T. Butter
2 tsp. baking soda 1 C. Pecans (chopped)
1 C. Milk
2 C. Mashed Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs well and add to butter/sugar mixture. Add baking soda to flour and add this alternating with the milk and butter mixture until you have blended well. Add your mashed bananas. Spread this in greased and floured (3) 8" pans. Bake @ 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not let the cakes get too done or it will be dry! You want them to be moist but not gooey.
While your cakes are cooling cream your cream cheese. Then add you confectioners sugar, vanilla, milk, and butter. After this is all blended really creamy add your chopped pecans. You may also sprinkle the nuts on top of the cake and in between the layers, Do not mix in the icing!

This cake is easy to make but taste luscious if you really want to make
a big impression in a small amount of time. Some of us in our family
do not care for Italian Cream Cheese Cake but we love this cake. And for
those who do love Italian Cream Cheese they love it as well if not better!
