1 (8oz) pkg Philly cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 (9in) unbaked pie shell
1 c evaporated milk
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 c pumpkin
dash salt

Topping:
maple syrup
pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Blend in egg and spread onto bottom of pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Carefully pour over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 5 min. Cool. Brush with maple syrup and add pecans if desired.
