Ingredients:  
Apples, peeled to fill 8 x 8 x baking dish
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 to 3/4 tsp cinnamon ( or to taste)
3 T flour
1 cup water
butter & marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core granny smith or yellow delicious apples,place cut side down.
into 8 x 8 baking dish
Mix sugars, flour, cinnamon. Add water. Wisk together.
Pour over apples.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes
Turn apples to cut side up, dot center of each apple with butter.
Return to oven for 15 minutes. At this time top with marshmallows
Bake another 15 minutes.
