1lb. Tilapia
1/2c. mayonnaise
1/4c. Dijon mustard
1/4c. chopped pecans
Lightly butter shallow baking pan. In small bowl, mix mayo and mustard. Arrange fish in pan, spread mixture over fish and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake in preheated oven @ 350º for 12-15 minutes.
