1 lb chicken breasts/2 large (halved lengthwise to create two thin cutlets)
Olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 large onion, diced
4 large garlic cloves, crushed
2 quarts low sodiun chicken broth
1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
2 cans black beans
6 oz tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Toss chicken with salt, chili powder and 1 1/2 tsp. oil to coat. Cook chicken, turning once until brown. Remove from pot. Saute onions in oil until softened then add garlic. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, and black beans bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer partially covered about 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and turn off heat. Top soup with tortilla chips.
