2 cups flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick oleo
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cans of pie filling
Serve with Reddi Whip or whipping cream

Directions:

Mix flour, salt, baking powder, soda, sugar
Cut in oleo with pastry blender until mixture is small crumbs
Beat egg, add sour cream to egg, beat again. After mixing, add to flour mixture,
and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate several hours, until dough is easier to handle.
Prepare a cookie sheet by greasing with oleo.
Divide dough, saving a small amount to roll for top crust.
Spread dough on cookie sheet working with greased fingers.
Roll out remaining dough, cut in(8 or so) strips the width of cookie sheet.
Put pie fillings over dough on cookie sheet.
Put strips across pie fillings
Bake 375 10 minutes, 350 15 minutes or until lightly golden
