1 8 oz pkg Cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz pkg l/3 fat reduced cream cheese, softened
4 oz pkg of blue cheese, softened
1 tsp bottled onion juice (Reese)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp bottled garlic juice (Reese)
1 dash of garlic salt
Chopped pecans
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cheeses to room temperature, and blend in a large bowl.
I use a potato masher to blend, can use a hand mixer. Add all ingredients except
pecans. Shape into 2 balls. Refrigerate. Don't eat for 24 hrs to give flavors time
to blend. When ready to serve, roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
After the 24 hrs, cheese ball can be frozen.
Allow 1 day to thaw in fridge.
