2 - 8 oz 1/3 fat reduced cream cheese, softened
2 cups (8 oz) 2 % fat reduced shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 T chopped canned pimentos
1 tsp bottled onion juice(Reeses)
1 tsp lemon juice
finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese in large bowl bring to room
temperature until it can easily be blended. (I use a potato masher to blend, can
use a hand mixer)
Add rest of ingredients, and mix, until all is well blended.
Shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate. When it has firmed up,
Put in plastic wrap and roll in chopped pecans before serving.
Serve with crackers.
