Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb Ham, pork, veal ground.(it can be bought already mixed in the grocery)
Ask for the mix without the added seasonings so that you can add your own.
2 eggs
1/2 cup cracker crumbs 1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 T brown sugar 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Sauce
1 can healthy choice tomato soup
2/3 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
l/4 cup cider vinegar
l/4 cup water
1 T prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add brown sugar, cracker crumbs, milk, dry
mustard. Let set for 15 minutes, before adding meat. Mix thoroughly.
Put into greased baking dish, shape into loaf.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Add sauce and bake at 350 3/4 of an hour or an hour longer.
Ham Balls can be made from this recipe.
For 4 lbs of meat mixture, I use 3 eggs instead of 4. Everything else is doubled
ingredients from the 2 lb. recipe.
Bake ham balls on cookie sheet 20-25 minutes turning halfway thru
4 lbs makes 80 balls. Do not bake on foil. They stick!
Cool in fridge, when cold can put in plastic bags and freeze until ready to use.
Double the sauce and freeze also. When ready to use, thaw and reheat in
sauce and serve.

Personal Notes:
This recipe was given to me by June Howard from a Mother's Club Progressive
Dinner. We drew names, and the person that got your name prepared a meal
for your family. June prepared mine. I prepared Italian Spaghetti for Mary Jane Constien and she wanted my recipe as well.
