CAKE
3 eggs
1-3/4 cups sugar
1 cup Crisco oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg & salt
4 apples
1/2 cup pecan pieces

Frosting
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 box powdered sugar(1 pound box)
Directions:

CAKE
Mix
eggs, sugar, oil.
Add
flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt.
Add
peeled & diced apples
chopped pecans

Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour

FROSTING
Mix
margarine or butter, cream cheese, vanilla
Add
powdered sugar
