3 egg whites
6 T sugar
Pinch of cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
With mixer, beat egg whites until they stand up in peaks, add sugar, cream of
tartar half way thru beating. Cover pie with meringue, swirling peaks on top to make a pretty pie.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes until light golden brown.
This pie should be refrigerated day of making.
