1-1/3 cup sugar
1 can low fat 2% carnation milk
1 cup milk
1/2 T ginger*
1/2 T cinnamon, heaping if not using ginger
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
2 9 inch pie crusts
* Optional, I do not use.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs thoroughly, add sugar, salt and spices continue
beating until well blended.
Add pumpkin and carnation milk, blend, add the cup of milk last.
Put into two unbaked pie crusts.
Bake in 425º oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350º for 45 minutes more.
