Ingredients:  
2 9 or 10 inch crusts
3 cups flour
1 1/4 cup of shortening,
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt. Add shortening, using a pastry blender, blend
until mixture is fine. Sprinkle water over mixture. Mix thoroughly. Set aside for
a few minutes.
Roll out crusts

Personal Notes:
My aunt was a pastry cook at a restaurant. Her advice was, be gentle with the
dough. Roll out dough, if necessary patch it, never reroll it. That keeps the
crusts flakey and tender.
I double the recipe, and put crust between plastic, fold, and freeze in plastic
bags to use later.
