4 to 6 chicken breasts depending on size
1/2 cup of catsup
1/2 cup apricot spreadable fruit preserves
1 can (15 oz) apricots
2 t minced garlic
1 t dried onion flakes
1 T vegetable oil
2 t lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1 t hot pepper sauce
coarse pepper to taste
brown rice (has to cook for 30 minutes)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken breasts, put in to a baking dish
In a microwave proof bowl mix: catsup, apricot preserves, oil, lemon juice,
minced garlic, onion flakes, salt, hot pepper sauce, Juice from the can of
apricots.
Pour over chicken breasts. Bake covered with foil at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes
NOTE: chicken breasts can be baked from frozen state.
Serve over rice with apricots on the side
