2 8oz 1/3 fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup Miracle whip lite
1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dry dressing (original)
NOTE: I use only half of the above mixture
2 pkgs Pillsbury Crescent rolls

Chop fine l/2 cup each of assorted vegetables:
broccoli, onion, green pepper, shredded carrots, tomatoes, celery
cheddar cheese
black olives, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Lay rolls flat on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Mix Miracle whip, cream cheese, and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Beat with
hand mixer until smooth.
Spread evenly over crusts.
Tomatoes will work better put on last because of the juice.
Mix your vegetables of choice together. Press evenly into crust topping.
Add tomatoes.
Top with cheddar cheese, and press.
