8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. feta
2 T. light mayonnaise
2 T. light sour cream
Garlic to taste
1 green onion, chopped
5 oz. frozen spinach, thawed & well drained
1/2 c. artichoke hearts, chopped
Emeril's seasoning to taste (or your favorite seasoned salt)
Asiago cheese, shredded or sliced thin
Texas toast

Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients and microwave until hot and bubbly. Top with asiago and microwave until slightly melted. Serve on bite-sized pieces of Texas toast. Yumm-O
