2 8oz. cream cheese
4 T. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 jars dried beef, chopped into small pieces
1 c. pecans, chopped
4 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Saute pecans in butter. In a bowl, mix the cheese, milk, sour cream, peppers, onion, salt and pepper and dried beef. Pour into a baking dish, top with pecans; bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Spread on your favorite crackers.
