4 ripe avocado's, cut in half and pits removed
juice from 2 limes
1 large, ripe tomato chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, scoop the flesh from the avocado and add the lime juice. Mash with a fork until a slightly smooth consistency. Add the chopped tomatoes, purple onion, garlic cloves and cilantro and stir until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with corn chips as an appetizer or alongside meat for Mexican dinner!
