4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 T. corn meal
2 T. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
chopped pecans, if desired
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, until set. Let cool for 30 minutes.
