2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix.
2 eggs
2/3 cups milk
1 small can of whole corn, drained well.

Combine all ingredients and mix just until moist. Batter will be lumpy. Grease muffin tin or use muffin liners. Divide batter between 12 cups, and bake according to directions on the jiffy box.
