1 medium head cabbage, shredded, Cook in small amount of water 7 minutes
2 T melted oleo
1 small grated onion
1 can healthy choice cream of celery soup
3/4 cup shredded cheese (Velveeta or cheddar)
1/4 cup milk

slivered almonds and onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Put prepared cabbage into a 3 qt casserole(Include small amount of cooking
water)
Melt oleo into large skillet, add onion and saute until tender.
Add soup to skillet, mix thoroughly, add milk and cheese.
Stir and heat until mixture boils. Simmer on low for few minutes. Add to the
cabbage in casserole.
Top with slivered almonds and onion rings.
