1 can sauerkraut (28 oz), drained thoroughly
1 can bean sprouts (15 oz) drained "
1 cup celery, sliced thin
1 cup chopped pepper (green or red)
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 tsp celery seed, (optional)

1-1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sauerkraut, bean sprouts, chopped celery, chopped peppers,
onion and celery seed.
Blend sugar, salad oil, vinegar in to blender, and blend thoroughly.
It is best when this mixture is heated and then left to cool before pouring over
the other ingredients.
Refrigerate.
Make a day ahead to let everything blend before serving.
