1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
flour
olive oil - butter
crushed garlic
bunch scallions
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbl dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork tenderloin on angle - Dip in flour, shake loose excess. Sautein 1 tbl butter and 1 tbl olive oil. Remove from pan. Saute crushed garlic and scallions. Add chicken broth and 1 tbl dijon mustard. Pour over meat.

Serve with rice
