1 1/2 qt water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 C chopped onion
1 C chopped celery
1 C chopped potatoes
10 oz box frozen chopped cauliflower
10 oz box frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes. Add rest of ingredients using low heat as it burns easily. Can be frozen. Makes 1 gallon.
