6 med potatoes, thinly sliced
2 sm. onions, thinly sliced
1 lb. ground lean beef
Salt & pepper
1 (10-oz.) can tomato soup
Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, onion and beef in greased casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour soup over top and spread evenly. Bake at 350º about 1 1/2 hours, covered.
