1 Box of Lemon Cake Mix
1 Can of Sprite Zero
4 Fresh Lemons
1 Jar of Lemon Curd
1/4 Cup SemiSweet Chocolate Morsels
Directions:
Directions:
Follow the directions on the cake mix but substitute the juice of fresh squeezed lemons for the same amount of water to taste and then add remaining water according to the directions. Add the Sprite Zero after all the ingredients are mixed. Pour mixture into decorative muffin tins and bake according to box. Cool. Place a dollop of lemon curd and chocolate chips on top for the finishing touch.
