Cooked sticky rice (Calrose)
chicken, beef, pork or tofu
Broccoli crowns, steamed
Carrots, sliced thin and steamed
Snap peas
Sautéed red pepper, cabbage or bok choy
Bean sprouts
Green onions, sliced
Avocado
Teriyaki Sauce
Soy sauce (low-sodium)
Slivered almonds or peanuts
Mint or Basil
Asian chili sauce or chili flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat or tofu in Teriyaki sauce until done. In individual bowls, place a bed of rice, top with meat or tofu and any or all the veges you like. Add sauce of choice, herbs, and nuts.
