Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packs of lean ground beef
12 oz of tomato sauce
2 large onions
4 carrots
Cinnamon
Pack of spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown beef in a large skillet, and drain fat from skillet.

2. While beef is browning, dice up onions and carrots, blending in a food processor or magic bullet; whatever you have on hand. (Don't blend them together, as the carrots take over and make the onions impossible to blend.)

3. Once beef is lightly browned, add blended veggie mush, and tomato sauce in a large pot.

4. Stir together with cinnamon added liberally to taste.

5. Leave simmering for 1-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

6. The longer the better, as it gives the meat more time to absorb the flavour.

7. Boil spaghetti.

8. Serve. There will be more than enough for 6 with some leftovers for the next day.
