12 oz semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup butterscotch morsels
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (save the can)
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz chopped walnuts
Maraschino cherries for decoration

Grease an 8 inch round cake pan with softened butter. Melt first 4 ingredients over low heat. Stir in walnuts.
Put plastic wrap around milk can and place in center of cake pan. Scoop fudge around can. Put small pieces of cherries and/or walnuts on top.
Chill until firm, then remove can. Cut into thin slices.


For Pudding Dessert, mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter, and 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts. Blend together with pastry blender or 2 knives and pat into 9" by 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes until lightly brown. Cool.
Mix together 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix 2 small packages of any Instant Pudding with 3 cups milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Cover with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup plain or toasted pecans (optional).
