2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 T. baking cocoa
2 T. baking soda
1 c. water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Add water, mayonnaise and vanilla; beat at medium speed until thoroughly combined. Pour into a greased 9" square baking pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle of the cake comes out clean. Let cool completely. Ice with favorite icing.
