4 egg yolks
14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3 oz. key lime juice
graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks with condensed milk; mix well. Slowly add lime juice and stir until filling is smooth and creamy. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream if desired.
