1 pound browned and drained sausage (Jimmy Dean),
6 eggs,
2 cups milk,
1 cup grated cheddar cheese,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon dry mustard,
1 teaspoon paprika,
5 slices of bread.

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread into crumbs. Put in ligtly greased oblong baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put sausage as next layer. In a separate bowl beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard, and paprika. Pour over sausage/bread mix. Refrigerate ovrnight. Remove one hour before baking. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
