1 box lemon cake mix
3 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
33/4 c. water
11/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
8 T. key lime juice, divided use
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 9"x13" cake pan or 10" bundt pan. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, pudding, water, oil, eggs and 5 T. lime juice; mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan; bake for 45 minutes. Mix together the confectioners' sugar and 3 T. lime juice (or more if necessary). Pour glaze over cake while still warm.
