2 cans Frito jalapeņo bean dip
3 ripe avocados
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayo
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 large bunch green onions (use tops and greens)
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cans chopped pitted ripe olives (3 1/2 oz. size)
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
sliced jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
On a large platter, layer the following:
Spread bean dip on platter; top with mashed avocados that have been combined with lemon juice, salt and pepper; top with a mixture of the mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning; sprinkle with chopped onions; top with shredded lettuce, sprinkle with chopped tomatoes; top with grated cheese; sprinkle olives on top; add sliced jalapeņos as desired or serve on the side.
