2 cups cake flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp melted shortening
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl. Add melted shortening and milk, mixing quickly and lightly until flour is moistened. Do not beat until smooth.
