1-1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cream butter and sugar. Slowly add beaten egg and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda and flour. Slowly add to beaten egg, butter and sugar mixture.

Using a cookie press, dispense the cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with any color sprinkles.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Take out of oven and cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. Store in a covered container.

Mom-mom Ennis loved to make these cookies with her grandchildren. There would be sprinkles, flour and cookie dough everywhere along with big smiles on everyone's faces.
