2 boxes orange-pineapple gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. salt
Juice of one lemon
3 pkgs. Dream whip
1 Angel Food Cake, crumbled up
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve together the gelatin, boiling water, sugar, pineapple juice, pineapple, salt, and lemon juice; mix and cool. When partly set, add 2 pkgs. of whipped topping mix (whipped according to directions on pkg.). Fold into chilled mixture. Crumble Angel Food cake. Line a 4-quart mixing bowl (round bottom) with wax paper. Put one layer of cake crumbs, then one layer whipped mix, until all is used. Press down each layer, let stand 3 hours in refrigerator.
Turn on cake plate and frost with 1 pkg. whipped topping mix (whipped according to directions on pkg.). Add to topping mix: 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon extract, 1 cup coconut. Cover cake with this and sprinkle with coconut.
