6 chicken breasts
1/4 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash black pepper
3 T butter
14 1/2 oz. can stewed Italian tomatoes, with juice
1/2 C water
2 T brown sugar.
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1 clove minced garlic
1/8 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture and brown in the melted butter. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Add the remaining ingredients to skillet and stir. Return the chicken to skillet, cover and cook for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done. (I remove the lid for the last few minutes to let juices cook down.) Serve chicken topped with sauce.

Recipe calls for 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp celery seed in the tomato mixture but I found that too salty so I add to taste.
