1 lb. chicken tenders
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
2 Tbl. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Combine flour with spices. Toss chicken with mixture.
Dip chicken in milk.
Roll chicken in crumbs.
Place chicken on baking sheet, not touching. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with honey mustard, barbecue sauce and/or ranch dressing. 4 servings
