1 box jumbo shells 32-oz jar of spaghetti sauce
Cheese Filling:
2 c. mozzarella cheese 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated 24 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese 2 eggs 1 T. parsley 3/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder(opt.) Extra mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
Meat Filling:
1 clove garlic 1/2 lb. Italian sausage 1/3 c. sherry 1 lb. ground chuck 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. celery, chopped
Spinach Filling:
2 (9-oz.) frozen creamed spinach in a pouch 1 (1 lb.) ricotta cheese 1 (12-oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
To be added to sauce poured over top of shells:
1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 lb. ground chuck

Directions:
Boil shells until almost tender. Brown meat, remove grease and add remaining ingredients except sauce. Stuff shells with cheese, meat or spinach mixture. Pour some sauce in casserole dish and arrange shells in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Cover and bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
