Ingredients:  
3 qt of cooked potatoes
5 boiled eggs, chopped
1 medium sweet onion chopped
4 slices of bacon chopped and fried , crisp add dripping from bacon
1/2 cup of sugar,
1/2 cup water, can use water from cooked potatoes
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a big skillet, fry bacon crisp, add onion and eggs, saute until onion is soft.
Add potatoes. Combine sugar, vinegar, and water then add to skillet mixture.
Stir thoroughly. Cook on low for 10 - 15 minutes. Stir to keep from sticking.
