1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp tabasco or hot sauce
1/4 cup dried minced onion 1/2 cup fruit juice
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup catsup 1/2 tsp red pepper
1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce 1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer on low for
15 minutes.
Enough for 2 chickens.
Left over sauce can be frozen to use later
Chicken and pork are best with this sauce.
