1 1/2 lbs. Scallops

SAUCE:
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup Asiago Cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. grated nutmeg
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 lb. Fettuccine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil scallops in 4 cups of water for 3-4 minutes; drain.

Sauce: In a fry pan melt butter adding garlic. Sauté till soft, lower heat adding cream, cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir till smooth, cover and set aside.

Cook fettuccine, add to sauce along with the scallops. Stir gently to coat pasta and scallops. Reheat over low flame if needed. Sprinkle with parsley.
