8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 Jar Hot Pepper Jelly
2 cloves minced garlic
1 egg
8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixer on low speed. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 6 inch spring form pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving remove from pan and top with remaining 1/2 jar of pepper jelly. Serve at room temperature with Club crackers.
