1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/2 c oil
1 small can mandarin oranges (with juice)

Bake 25-30 minutes in 3-8" layer cake pans, greased and floured. Cool 20 minutes before removal.

Icing:

1 large cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 regular pkg vanilla pudding
