2 large russet potatoes
1 small onion
1/4 cup oil or bacon grease

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes in thin slices. Also slice onion in thin slices. Heat up oil until hot in a skillet with a lid. CAREFULLY place potatoes and onions in oil as they will cause the grease to pop. Turn down heat so that the potatoes and onions are still frying but on a lower temp. Cover with lid and check about every 5 to 10 minutes and turn the potatoes until they are done and brown.
