Crust:
1 cup instant masa flour
1 1/2 cups water
Filling:
1 pound hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 large roma tomato chopped
1 to2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 to 1 1/2 cup. sour cream
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 small can slice olives
Directions:
Directions:
make the crust by mixing the masa flour and water together in a pie plate. let stand for 2 min, then press along the sides and bottom of the pan. bake at 400ºF for 10 min. remove from oven and let cool.

while crust is baking brown hamburger add taco seasoning and follow instructions on pkg. when hamburger is done pour into cooled pie crust.
top with cheese then sour cream, then olives, then lettuce, them tomatoes.
serve and enjoy
