PACK FIRMLY, TIGHTLY, IN QUART JARS - DO NOT HAVE IT TOUCH TOP OF JAR OR LID.

TO EACH QUART JAR ON TOP OF CABBAGE ADD:
1 TSP SUGAR
1 TSP CANNING SALT
1 TSP DISTILLED VINEGAR

Directions:

FILL EACH JAR TO NECK WITH BOILING WATER
PUT LID AND RING ON AND TIGHTEN
STORE IN COOL, DARK PLACE - WILL BE READY IN 1 MONTH OR HOT WATER BATH FOR 20 MINUTES. COOL
